Refund policy

Effective date: 9/18/2026

The Short Version

We accept size and style exchanges on unworn items within 30 days of delivery. We issue full refunds for items that arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect. We do not offer change-of-mind refunds — our drops are produced in limited quantities and are not restocked.

Exchanges

Window: 30 days from the date of delivery.


Condition required: Items must be unworn, unwashed, free of odors (smoke, cologne, detergent), free of pet hair, and returned with all original tags attached in their original packaging.


How it works:


  1. Email brian@dubstepdynasty.com with your order number and the size or style you'd like instead.

  2. We'll confirm availability and send you a Return Authorization number and return instructions within 2 business days.

  3. Ship the item back at your own cost. We recommend a trackable service — you are responsible for the item until we receive it.

  4. Once we receive and inspect the item (2–3 business days), we ship your replacement at no additional shipping charge.


If your requested size is sold out, you may choose store credit for the full purchase price or a refund to your original payment method.


Items returned without a Return Authorization number, or returned outside the 30-day window, may be refused or returned to you at your expense.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect, damage from transit, or is not the item you ordered, we will make it right at no cost to you.


Report it within 7 days of delivery. Email brian@dubstepdynasty.com with:


  • Your order number

  • Photos clearly showing the defect, damage, or incorrect item

  • Photos of the shipping packaging if the damage occurred in transit


We'll send you a prepaid return label and, at your choice, ship a replacement or issue a full refund including original shipping charges.


Normal wear, damage from washing contrary to the care instructions, alterations, and damage caused after delivery are not manufacturing defects.

Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned or exchanged:


  • Items marked FINAL SALE on the product page

  • Gift cards

  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery

  • Items returned without original tags attached

  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

  • Free promotional items and gifts with purchase
